Let’s Analyze This Situation

Worry only happens in your mind.

Anxiety happens in your body and mind. Whereas stress is in your body.

Worry is focused on thoughts in your head, and anxiety is felt throughout our bodies.

Difficulty in sleeping, fatigue, anger and irritability are physical and mental symptoms experienced by someone under stress.

Believing about adverse things that could happen but have not happened and might not even happen, is called worry.

Most of those negative things we worry about never even happen.

Time is just wasted. When the worst does come to pass the time spent worrying would not have lessened the difficulty.

Always better to prepare how to manage the outcome than devoting time and energy to the concern. Lack of faith in oneself is reflected in worry.

Is there a need for worry?
Do not worry about things you have no control of, people will say things, talk about you, which should not be cause for worry.

The control of one’s thoughts, confidence, ambition, faith and energy are all weakened by worry.
