These are some of the characteristics of an eagle. Eagles are tenacious.
When storms come, other birds fly away with fear, watch an eagle spread its mighty wings and soar to greater heights using the current. Mostly even above the very clouds of the storm.
There are many challenges in the life of a leader. If he does not run away and takes up the challenges he can rise to greater heights like an eagle.
Eagles fly alone or with their kind. Find people who think like you so you can grow together. Eagles fly to an altitude around 10,000 feet; at that level of height, you will never find a bird that is not an eagle.

Eagles can focus on something 5kms away because they have an accurate vision. They focus on their prey with laser-like intensity because of their concentration and excellent vision.
